Chef Tao graduated from a professional Food & Beverage school in Sichuan, China and got his Senior Chef License in 1998, while he was only 25. After graduating, he immediately started working in hotels in Beijing and Sichuan, learning traditional Sichuan techniques from the masters and became Chinese Senior Chef.
After more than a decade of professional training, he is bringing to Little Tao an authentic Sichuan and Chinese style cuisine that everyone will fall in love with.
